This policy explains how the ElmamSoft website handles information when you browse, submit a request, or use the AI consultant.
1. Information we may process
- Contact and project information you voluntarily submit.
- Basic technical logs processed by the hosting platform for security and operations.
- Questions sent to the AI consultant when that service is enabled.
2. Why we use information
To respond to requests, review project scope, operate and protect the site, and improve content and service. The site does not request passwords, verification codes, or sensitive financial information.
3. Project request form
The form uses browser and server validation when storage is configured. If the Cloudflare environment cannot store the request, the site says so and offers WhatsApp and email without claiming receipt.
4. AI consultant
When used, your question is sent through a server-side API. Do not include secrets or patient, employee, or customer records.
5. Processors
Cloudflare may process hosting and connection data. OpenAI may process AI consultant messages when enabled. An approved storage or email provider may be configured later. Request data is not sold.
6. Retention and requests
Request information is retained as needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and satisfy applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal and backup constraints.
7. Cookies and analytics
This package does not include a Google Analytics identifier or marketing tracker by default. If non-essential analytics are added, this policy and the consent mechanism should be updated.
8. Downloads
Files are served from downloads.elmamsoft.com. Verify the domain and version and request checksums or signature status when not published.
